Nyk Sessock
Hello all, I am Nyk Sessock. Current professional soccer player for Atlanta United FC 2.
But my journey doesn't start there.
I am a Philadelphia native, where my soccer dream began before I could even put my head on the pillow and dream of it. I started playing at age 4, moving between clubs, and had the honor of playing for the Philadelphia Union Academy. I also represented the US National Team and experienced soccer in Europe.
After my time with the Union, I played two seasons at the University of Pittsburgh before transferring to Indiana University—college soccer’s holy grail. At IU, I competed in 4 Big Ten Championship titles, 2 National Championships, and nearly every major college soccer game possible. The experience shaped my character and introduced me to lifelong friends and unforgettable memories.
After three years at Indiana, I was drafted by Inter Miami CF 2, and played with the club for two seasons. In early 2025 I left Inter Miami CF and am currently with Atlanta United FC 2. I’ve been blessed to share moments with some of the game’s greatest players. Soccer fuels my joy and gives me every reason to wake up with a smile each day.
